This Division is meant to serve as a home to any accepted new ideas, be them from members, fans not yet inside this club, or even Lucas Arts (Which is really good, since they make games). It is far more important to provide a place for these new ideas to become reality, than merely to mold new divisions. Redemption is a home for all ideas, big or small. A motto here is "If you can't do it in another RS division, you can probably do it in Redemption." Accordingly, the requirements for becoming a division in Redemption division are startlingly simple, and even the requirements listed here are flexible at the discretion of the RFCO.

Requirements for Division Status:

+ A prospective division must have a willing and competent leader.

+ Members of the RS and people in general must be interested in what the unit does and show interest in joining the division. A roster must be submitted to the RFCO to prove that such interest exists.

+ Information on what the new division will do must be furnished to the RFCO and must fall within parameters considered appropriate for the RS.

+ Finally, a prospective new division must have a web presence of some form.

However, since the creation of new divisions is still a large part of the goal of Redemption, it is also necessary to outline the requirements for units to separate and become divisions themselves. According to the bylaws, there are only two solid requirements to become a division: gain the approval of the Redemption CO and gain the approval of the Rebel Squadrons' High Command. The following serve as guidelines on how to accomplish the former of these two requirements.

Requirements for RCO Approval of division Status Candidacy:

+ Total membership numbers that meet the approval of the Redemption CO (Taken on case by case basis).

+ Active with at least 75% participation on a regular basis (numbers negotiable at discretion of RCO).

+ Capable command staff with a CO deemed ready to act as a voting member of the High Command. An email describing HC etiquette will be sent to the CO of all potential divisions.

+ Must have a steady number of incoming members and a low number of outgoing.

+ Continued support for Righteous Indignation, and Zealot Special Operations

+ Get more exposure and publicity for Redemption units to increase recruitment.

+ Dedicate effort to reestablishing console gaming activities.
+ Look for new and exciting ideas for the creation of new units.
